Kez's Disapperance

In 2004, a young woman named Kez Lewis went missing. Her disappearance was recorded but ultimately chalked up to her running away. She eventually came back in 2006. Aside from a few people, no one seemed particularly moved, as Kez was known for her spontaneity and people assumed this was just another one of her stunts.

The Field Trip

In the same year, four high school freshmen (Jesse Cosay, Mikayla King, Tulip and Lake Olsen) disappeared at inexplicably on a field trip. This time, the disappearances garnered a lot of attention from the town. The case ran cold within months, and their disappearance was eventually declared a freak accident. Ryan Akagi and Min-Gi Park, the two high school seniors who were chaperoning were interrogated thoroughly. However, nothing but the matter of circumstance could link either of them to their disappearances.

Modern Day

The town attempts to return to normalcy after those disappearances. A memorial is hosted every year on the day the kids disappered. Grace finds a in the same woods that the kids disappered and recruits Simon Laurent, Min-Gi, and Ryan into helping her find out more about the "numbers train" that was likely responsible for the kids disapperance. On the flip side, Kez has returned and it is revealed that she was on the same "numbers train" that took the kids. She has a strange reaction to seeing One-One.
